Isabelle Menez

President and Founding Partner of Sandhamn Partners.
Isabelle has a strong background in senior executive management and strategy / transformation consulting, mainly in the media, telecom and high tech sectors as well as in retail and luxury goods.

Prior to founding Sandhamn Partners, Isabelle was VP Strategy & Marketing of Linxens, a world leading smart card components company under LBO. Prior to that, she was in charge of a global Professional Services Practice focused on innovation in the telecom sector, within Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia).

She has held several executive positions within the Canal Plus Group, including VP Finance and Development within the Publishing Division and Secretary General / SVP Corporate Development of Canal Plus International.

Isabelle started her career in management consulting at Bossard Consultants, in France and Germany. A graduate of HEC Business School, she is fluent in five languages and has also studied at the University of Cologne and Mc Gill University.

Catherine Cussigh


After 15 years at Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing positions, Catherine spent more than 20 years in senior management positions in the media and digital industries (Lagardère Publishing) internationally, in sports (LBO Health-City) and in retail / e-commerce (Actissia / France Loisirs). She is a specialist in the transformation of organizations and business models, in the context of development or crisis situations. Since April 2021, she has been working as a consultant for top corporate executives and in support of start-ups.

Delphine EYRAUD


Delphine is a climate, environment and energy advisor at the Permanent Representation of France to the OECD. She has been working on climate issues for nearly 20 years, with a dual background in the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in international climate negotiations, including as a member of the COP21 Presidency team on the Paris Agreement, and was also a pioneer in climate finance at Climate Change Capital. She began her career in management and entrepreneurial roles.

Bertrand Frohly


Bertrand spent 22 years at L'Oréal in regional and subsidiary management positions in Europe and Asia, after starting his career at Michelin and McKinsey. Most recently, he spent 4 years managing FILORGA Laboratories, doubling sales and opening 6 country subsidiaries and new distribution channels (travel retail and digital), then accompanied the sale of the Group to Colgate Palmolive. He advises company managers in the beauty and cosmetics sector and aims to take over a company in this sector.

Frédéric Samson


Frédéric began his career in auditing at PwC, and then worked for 25 years as CFO in entities of all sizes, from international companies (Orange, Canal+, IDEMIA, Comdata) to SMBs or mid-sized companies (Coyote, InCA, Hyd&Au), as well as in consulting for start-ups. Most recently, he has held the position of General Manager in an SME. For more than 10 years, he has worked as top executive in the context of IPOs, LBOs and, more generally, top and bottom line restructuring. His experience also covers support functions and the digitalization of marketing, communication and processes.
